Both licenses are held at the address above. Before work begins, we will tell you which entity will perform the work and which entity you are contracting with. That entity will be identified by name and license number in your written service agreement.
Contracting work in California is licensed and regulated by the Contractors State License Board. You can verify either license, review its classifications, and file a complaint at www.cslb.ca.gov or by calling 800-321-CSLB (2752). You may also write to the Registrar of Contractors, Contractors State License Board, P.O. Box 26000, Sacramento, CA 95826.
We advertise and perform only work within the license classifications we hold.

We are a service-area business. We travel to you; we do not operate walk-in locations in the communities we serve. Availability in a given community depends on scheduling, crew availability, and job type, and we may decline or refer work outside our practical service range. If you are unsure whether we serve your location, please call us.
Any price we advertise, display, or quote on this website includes all mandatory fees and charges, other than government-imposed taxes and fees. We do not add mandatory trip charges, dispatch fees, service fees, fuel surcharges, or similar required charges on top of an advertised price.
Optional add-ons that you choose to accept or decline are priced separately and disclosed to you before you accept them.
Advertised prices may be subject to conditions, such as the type of equipment, accessibility of the work area, or service area limits. Where conditions apply, we disclose them with the price. Prices and promotions may change or end at any time, but a change will not affect a price already quoted to you in writing.
Any estimate we provide is based on the information available to us at the time.
The final cost may differ if we identify additional conditions after inspecting your property or after work begins — for example, concealed damage, code requirements, or conditions that are not visible during an initial assessment.
We will explain any change in scope or cost to you and obtain your authorization before performing additional work, except where immediate action is required to prevent injury or further property damage.
If a diagnostic fee, inspection fee, or estimate fee applies, we will tell you the amount before we dispatch a technician.
Work performed at your property is governed by a separate written agreement between you and All City Plumbing — not by this website and not by these Terms.
That written agreement will comply with applicable California law governing home improvement contracts and service and repair contracts, and will include the disclosures California law requires, including:
Nothing on this website or in these Terms waives, limits, or shortens any cancellation right, notice right, or other protection California law provides to you as a consumer. If anything in these Terms conflicts with those protections, the law controls.
We make every effort to arrive as scheduled and to respond quickly, particularly for emergencies.
Arrival windows and response times are estimates, not guarantees. They may be affected by weather, traffic, permit or utility coordination, parts availability, job conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot meet a scheduled window, we will contact you to reschedule.
Payment is due according to the terms provided to you when you schedule or complete your service, and as set out in your written service agreement.
If you have questions about cost or payment, please ask before work begins.
We accept the payment methods identified at the time of service. Any late charge, returned payment fee, or financing term will be disclosed in your written agreement.
Any warranty on labor, parts, or equipment we provide is set out in your written service agreement, in the manufacturer’s warranty, or in a separate written warranty document.
The website disclaimers and limitation of liability in these Terms apply to your use of this website. They do not disclaim, limit, or modify any warranty we provide on work we perform, and they do not affect any warranty right California law provides.
When you submit a form, call us, or request service, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text message, and email using the contact information you provide.

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive service-related and appointment-related text messages from All City Plumbing at that number, which may be sent using automated technology.
