• Sewer and drain camera footage from CCTV pipe inspections
• Property and system information — plumbing layout, equipment make and model, prior repairs, permit and inspection records

We collect this to diagnose problems, document work performed, support estimates and warranty claims, satisfy permit and inspection requirements, and train our technicians. We do not use images of your property in marketing without your permission.

• Professional advisors and authorities — attorneys, accountants, courts, and government agencies, where necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect our rights.
• A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.

Selling and Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than providing our services, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

California Privacy Rights

This policy is intended to satisfy the disclosure requirements of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, including the disclosure of the categories of information we collect, the categories of third parties with whom we share it, how you can review and request changes to your information, how we notify you of changes to this policy, and how we respond to Do Not Track signals.

California Consumer Privacy Act. The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, applies to businesses that meet certain revenue or data-volume thresholds. We do not currently meet those thresholds. Even so, we voluntarily honor the access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights described above.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and then for as long as required by law. In practice:

• Job and billing records — retained for the period required for contractor record-keeping, warranty, tax, and limitations purposes
• Photographs, video, and camera footage — 24 months
• Call recordings — 24 months

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without authorization.
